RICS呼吁专业人士共同塑造新的房产测量标准。

RICS房产测量标准第二版将更新专业声明，确保RICS专业人士给客户提供一致性的房产测量。这将提高整个房地产市场的透明度和可比性。

新的房产测量标准将包含国际认可的住宅测量，目前正在寻求全球专业人士及其客户的意见。作为专业的房地产行业组织，RICS也欢迎承接，调试或使用房产测量标准的专业人士分享见解。

公众征询为期三个月，从5月1日至7月31日。寻求来自专业人士，利益相关者和整个行业的合作伙伴的反馈。

RICS professionals are urged to help shape a new standard that will inform the way property measurement is undertaken.

RICS Property Measurement 2nd Edition is an update to the professional statement that will ensure RICS professionals provide consistent property measurements to their clients. It will enhance transparency and enable greater comparability across property markets.

In seeking feedback on all aspects of the new property measurement standard, RICS will ensure that the standard incorporates agreed international rules on measuring residential buildings. It will also reflect the views and opinions of professionals and their clients around the world. 

As a way of professionalising the property industry more broadly, RICS is also inviting anyone undertaking, commissioning or using property measurement information to share their insights.

A three-month consultation period has been provided to seek as much feedback from professionals, stakeholders and partners across the industry. The consultation will be available on the RICS i-Consult online portal from 1 May to 31 July 2017.
